This property is managed by a lovely couple, Sam and Jackie. Service at this beach front property/resort was exceptional. Food was probably the best we had during our island hopping trip in Thailand. We booked several tours with Lanta Palace - a snorkel tour and Elephant Sanctuary Tour. The Staff was incredibly helpful and efficient in booking these for us - esp since we booked last minute. Rooms were gorgeous with high ceilings, amazing wood art work doors and chandeliers to offer a spectacular design experience in your room. There is a small town within walking distance which we didn't check out but would have loved to walk around more if we had time. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting an elevated experience!

Everything. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Especially the bathroom was exceptionally good. The bed was great aswell. The pool was wonderful, had the perfect temperature and was always a good addition to our experience here. The whole location with all of the plants and the clean and friendly atmosphere was the perfect location for us. All members of the staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. We rented a scooter from them, perfectly fine also. We would definitely stay here again a 100%.

The bungalow was cozy, clean, quiet, very good bed, water cooker, fridge, good shower, and a nice terrace. The Pana family are all super friendly, nice, and help you to organize any excursion, trip, transfer, or rent of a vehicle perfectly. You soon feel like belonging to the family. This resort is absolutely fantastic. The houses are spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, all equipment is new and good quality. The pool and garden are beautiful and very well mantained. It's a 3 minute walk to main street with restaurants etc, and 10 min to the beach with many beach bars where you can hang out all day. The stff is very friendly and helpful if you need to organize a tour, transfer or taxi. The place is very quiet, great for relaxing. In the night you hear only the crickets and other "jungle sounds" which creates a great atmosphere. The place exceeded my expectations, I strongly recommend it.

the owner/manager couple, and the rest of the staff, were all so lovely, anticipating every little need and always with a ready smile. the location is very quiet, but not far from Nin Beach and all necessities (scooter rental available on site) the room and grounds were kept immaculately clean even though other guests were there at the same time, it felt very private
