This newly built hotel is ideally located within 5 minutes of London Stansted Airport terminals via the hotel transfer bus, and an ideal base for both leisure or business travellers.
The contemporary hotel offers the very best in modern comfort and design, with well appointed bedrooms, all with a power shower, a fully interactive TV system, air conditioning and high-speed internet connectivity. All rates are inclusive of a complimentary continental breakfast.
The Express by Holiday Inn London Stansted Airport offers great value for money. The hotel is ideally situated for Park & Fly packages and operates a coach transfer to and from the airport terminal (restricted times of bus transfer - please read below).
The hotel also offers 6 meeting rooms, all with natural daylight, TV/DVD, OHP and screen, flip-charts, mints and spring water, survival kits, pens and pads. Both an all-inclusive day delegate rate and 24-hour rate are available.
Hotel bus transfer to the airport is GBP 3 per person, is free from the airport to the hotel, and runs every 20 minutes. The bus does not operate between 12:00 and 16:00, or between 00:00 and 04:00.

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Additional Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings :
Reservations for more than 9 rooms are treated as a group booking, and different cancellation policies apply:
10 - 20 rooms: cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
20 - 30 rooms: cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
30 - 40 rooms: cancellations must be made at least 5 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
There is an early departure fee of GBP 50 for guests leaving the hotel prior to the original date.
The Express shuttle bus operates every 20 minutes between 04:00 and 12:00, and every 20 minutes between 16:00 and 24:00.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed, however guide dogs are accepted.

By Car (from the M25 motorway):
- Leave the M25 motorway at junction 27, following the signs for the M11 and Stansted Airport.
- Leave the M11motorway at junction 8a, following the signs for Stansted Airport.
- Follow the signs for the terminal.
- At the roundabout take the 3rd exit.
- The hotel is situated on the right-hand side.
By Car (from the M11 southbound)
- Leave the M11 motorway at junction 8 and take the 1st exit off the roundabout, following the signs for the terminal and the A120.
- Exit the A120 at the slip road, following the signs for Stansted Airport.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit.
- The hotel is situated on the right-hand side.
By Car (from the A120 westbound)
- Leave the A120, following the signs for Stansted Airport and follow the road crossing over the dual carriageway.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit.
- The hotel is situated on the right hand side.

The hotel has its own car park which can accommodate up to 175 cars.
By Train:
The Stansted Express rail service runs directly from London Liverpool Street station to London Stansted Airport. From the airport terminal, there is a hotel shuttle bus which operates from the coach park at bay 6 (and, temporarily, bay 30). This service operates between 04:00 and 12:00 and from 16:00 to 00:00.
By Air
